SHIPPING & RETURNS

We currently do not have a return policy, but the good news is that you can get the size exchanged for the same design if you face any issue!
Kindly note once an order is placed, someone from our team will contact you to reconfirm the size/style of the product ordered and also to confirm on any other special needs if any , so that chances for size exchanges become minimal.
In case of any size exchange, the cost to send across the product to our workshop will be completely borne by the customer only.
To be eligible for returns, the footwear must be unworn, unused.
Kindly try the pair with clean feet and in carpeted areas only.
We shall not provide cash refund under any circumstances once the goods are sold.
